The European Green Deal is a European Union (EU) strategy to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. The best way to achieve this is through the implementation of agricultural and gardening strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal is to achieve a balance between greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions produced and those removed from the atmosphere. It is also known as net-zero emissions or carbon neutral when specifically referring to CO\u2082 emissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also promotes a sustainable economy, driving the transition to clean energy, energy efficiency, and the circular and green economy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
