En la zona norte se cultiva para uso familiar pero no comercial. Es una de las hortalizas m\u00e1s consumidas en la actualidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cultivation of aubergines in Spain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have two options for growing aubergines in Spain, outdoors and in a greenhouse, depending on the weather and the hours of sunshine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basically the varieties are produced: globose and elongated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The colors: purple, marbled and white. Start when the plant is about 30 centimeters tall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pruning is done by hand or with disinfected scissors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also in the main branches we will eliminate the shoots that act as suckers, because they do not favor the growth of the fruit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place a stake to protect the plant.
