This technique prevents evaporation and weed formation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the part of Plantae, explain the operation of the humidity sensors, soil temperature, conductivity, flow meter and rain gauge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the exhibition is over, it will go to the field to show the different irrigation optimization equipment so that the participants can see how it works and complete the information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"921\" height=\"609\" src=\"https:\/\/ant.plantae.lavallweb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/optimizacion-del-riego-2.jpg\" alt=\"Jornadas para optimizaci\u00f3n del riego\" class=\"wp-image-84522\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Seminars for irrigation optimization-Program<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sensors and probes in citrus Plantae<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our experience in citrus is endorsed by the numerous facilities we have with clients in Andalusia, Murcia and the Valencian Community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Citrus trees favor <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ant.plantae.lavallweb.com\/en\/drip-irrigation\/\" target=\"_self\"> drip irrigation<\/a><\/strong>, the formation of the wet bulb in the root environment, favors the absorption of nutrients while avoiding evaporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Citrus has some special characteristics that make optimization of irrigation a priority:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The <strong>frequency of irrigation<\/strong> is very important, more abundant in times of great heat, but always regulated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ant.plantae.lavallweb.com\/en\/suelos-agrarios\/\" target=\"_self\">type of soil<\/a><\/strong> and its retention should be analyzed. A sandy soil is not the same as loam or clay. The wet bulb produced by drip irrigation varies considerably.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Control the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ant.plantae.lavallweb.com\/en\/outdoor-temperature-sensors\/\" target=\"_self\">climate<\/a><\/strong>, especially when there is a risk of frost. The outdoor temperature sensor can help us control sudden changes in temperature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>It is essential to avoid excess moisture<\/strong>. Waterlogging causes the leaves to turn yellow and the citrus is in danger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Avoid water stress<\/strong> with controlled irrigation, which seriously harms production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Finally, measure the <strong>electrical conductivity<\/strong> to avoid the accumulation of salts. They influence root health and the good absorption of the nutrients that the plant needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">These characteristics increase in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ant.plantae.lavallweb.com\/en\/intensive-citrus\/\" target=\"_self\">intensive crops<\/a><\/strong>. Irrigation control is essential because water needs are greater in a smaller amount of soil per plant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default controlled irrigation in citrus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When irrigation is not what the plant needs and it suffers water stress, several problems can arise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>During flowering, the alteration in water absorption causes it to lose flower buds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The setting of the fruit is altered due to not receiving the nutrients correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In fruit growth, water stress influences acidity, color and size. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the probes we can know the depth of the wet bulb and thus adjust the dripping to the needs of the plant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The greater the control of humidity, the less accumulation of salts and the better absorption of the root system of the plant. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size translation-block\">And most importantly, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ant.plantae.lavallweb.com\/en\/the-tangerines-in-spain-varieties-and-care\/\" target=\"_self\">the fruit<\/a><\/strong> quality wins and we get more quantity.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3
