La tierra forma caballones en el entorno de la planta para protegerlo del sol. En nuestro pa\u00eds destaca el &#8220;<strong>blanco de Navarra<\/strong>&#8221; y el esp\u00e1rrago de Tudela.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong> Green or wild <\/strong>: they do receive direct light. It favors a relative humidity of 60% to 70% for the sprouting of the shoots or edible part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Irrigation of green asparagus<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong> In the plantation: <\/strong> it needs moderate watering and without waterlogging, so that the root system is formed correctly. If it is excessive, the roots rot. When winter comes and after the first year of growth, the plant is cut flush. With its production in Tudela, Valladolid, the white asparagus differs from that of Navarra in its texture, size, thickness and a little purple tip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Asparagus properties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Very few calories.
