The bulb is rounded, formed by 8 or 10 teeth, white on the inside and reddish or white on the outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The color gives rise to two varieties: <strong> white and pink or purple. <\/strong> <mark data-id=\"TKGNG6k | TKQacaC\"> <br> <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ant.plantae.lavallweb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/ajo--1024x417.png\" alt=\"Variedades del ajo en Espa\u00f1a\" class=\"wp-image-75592\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Varieties of garlic in Spain<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garlic cultivation in Spain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spain is one of the main producers of garlic worldwide, as we can see on the map, it is cultivated in all regions, although in the north it is rather at a family level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It can be grown dryland and irrigated as long as it is not affected by late frosts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Irrigation is convenient but provided that flooding is avoided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soils abundant in organic matter benefit him.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plantae controls garlic irrigation with sensors \/ probes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Large garlic plantations need to combine quality and quantity with saving water and energy. This prevents the appearance of diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Watering should be avoided in the last phase, before harvesting.
