The lack of rain is not harmful, because the vineyards are better adapted to a dry climate, but that does not mean that they do not need any water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cuesti\u00f3n es que el agua que no procede de la lluvia se debe cubrir con agua de riego. Los pozos artesanos son la mejor fuente de riego para los vi\u00f1edos por su calidad calc\u00e1rea. Hay que evitar en todo momento que la vi\u00f1a sufra &#8220;estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico&#8221; es decir, un desequilibrio entre la oferta de agua y la demanda de la planta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico va a repercutir directamente en la calidad de la uva y cuando se trata de vinos de calidad y de &#8220;denominaci\u00f3n de origen&#8221; esto hay que evitarlo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>No se puede regar a ojo en los tiempos actuales en donde la tecnolog\u00eda nos permite controlar el agua que necesita la planta desde un m\u00f3vil o la tablet.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not only is a deficit of water bad for the plant, but also an excess. The information is obtained in real time on the mobile or tablet. With humidity control we can program the irrigation so that the vineyard has the water it needs when the plant needs it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The <strong> conductivity sensors \/ probes <\/strong> <span> measure conductive trend of the ground that indicates if there are accumulated salts due to evaporation, especially in dry springs and summer. Measurement of salinity is very important. Excess salts make the soil compact and the plant cannot absorb the nutrients it needs. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">We installed a <strong> Hub \/ receiver <\/strong> powered by a solar panel to collect the information from the probes and send it to the platform, with the latest technology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The farmer can view the graphs of the subsoil changes as often as he wishes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instalaciones de sondas en los vinos de Jumilla<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acudimos a la finca &#8220;Moyca&#8221; en Jumilla para instalar sondas de humedad, conductividad y temperatura en dos fincas de uva de mesa. One of the oldest in Spain. Its wineries also pass the control of the Regulatory Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varieties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Monastrell_(uva)\" target=\"_self\"> variety <\/a> <strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia. org \/ wiki \/ Monastrell_ (grape)\" target=\" _ self \"> Monastrell <\/a> <\/strong> is the most important with 80% of the total grapes in Jumilla wines.
