En Huelva se extiende la producci\u00f3n en invernadero, el conocido como “mar de pl\u00e1stico”. Los sensores en invernaderos son uno de nuestros objetivos en esta regi\u00f3n, donde la agricultura se ha convertido en uno de los principales motores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its crops, the strawberry <\/strong> and red fruits stand out: raspberry, blueberry and blackberry. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Huelva a high percentage is of herbaceous cultivation. The climate is Mediterranean with an average annual temperature of about 18\u00ba and with more than 3000 hours of sunshine per year, which influences the cultivation of red fruits, and all intensive fruit growing and horticulture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also find citrus, almond, peach, persimmon and olive trees with the verdial variety of roe very resistant and productive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is estimated that the irrigated area in Huelva is about 4,403 ha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red fruits are booming in Huelva, especially in greenhouses, and the temperature and controlled irrigation are essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raspberry is <\/strong> very sensitive to frost and extreme heat, it favors soils that retain water but without puddles.
The blueberry <\/strong> has a very superficial distribution of the roots and needs a rigorous control of the humidity in the soil, because it suffers a lot from the puddles, especially during the flowering and ripening of the fruit.
Blackberries <\/strong> are usually drip irrigated and are especially sensitive to waterlogging, requiring more water during fruit growth and before pruning.<\/p>\nThe sensors in red fruit greenhouses help to increase production, avoid diseases and improve quality.<\/strong><\/cite><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

In this product, controlled watering is essential, especially in flowering and ripening, which lasts as long as the collection is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last week we installed the Fortuna strawberry <\/strong> variety in Palos de la Frontera, next to the banks of the Tinto river. For this, sensors have been implemented measuring at 20cm and 30cm depth with a frequency of 1 hour each reading. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
