EIT Food South and Co-Funded by the European Union, organizes a workshop on the creation of a Board of Governance for Startups with leading experts in the field.
The event will be held on September 12 at Impact Hub Madrid Barceló, Calle Serrano Anguita, 13, Centro, 28004 Madrid.
Creation of Board of Governance for Startups
Within the program we will address two important topics:
- What makes a successful board of directors?
- What are the most common mistakes to avoid?
For this workshop there will be: An investor, a legal advisor, a Corporate Venture and the founder of Startup Plantae, with experience in the Board of Governance, our CEO Samuel López.

- 9.00 – 12.00: Training: Setting up a Board of Governance, led Asier Ruffino (with coffee break at 10:30 to 10:45).

- 12.00 – 13.30 – Panel discussion: What makes a successful board? What are the common mistakes to avoid?
- The panel will be composed of VC investor, Corporate Venture, Entrepreneur and Legal advisor.
- 13:30 – 14:30: Buffet Lunchrograma.
