The 3rd International Congress on Artificial Intelligence applied to the Agri-Food Chain, SembrAI 2025, will be held on September 25 and 26, 2025 at the University of Córdoba.
Under the motto "The intelligence that fuels tomorrow", this benchmark event in Europe is organized by the European Innovation Foundation (INTEC), with the support of the European Commission, the Regional Government of Andalusia, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Secretary of State for Artificial Intelligence and other key institutions.

SembrAI 2025 will bring together more than 1,000 attendees, including researchers, technology companies, startups—more than 50 of them selected after a rigorous European scouting process—, investors, public institutions, and government agencies.
The program includes eight key areas of action:
- Round tables and keynote sessions with more than 50 specialists.
- Symposium on Agri-Food Data Spaces, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
- Call for Startups & Elevator Pitch, with prizes for the most innovative, most sustainable, and best SembrAI startup.
- Call for Papers, endorsed by the Ministry of Science as a top-level scientific forum.
- Practical workshops for young people and SMEs, taught by experts and influencers in tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Deepseek.
- SembrAI INVEST B2B Space, with more than 200 meetings between startups and investors.
- “Food with AI” badge, which will recognize products developed with artificial intelligence.
- Social and networking activities, including a local food expo and receptions at iconic venues such as the Royal Mews.
