Infoagro Exhibition 2025 in Almería

The Infoagro Exhibition 2025, the 5th International Fair for Intensive Production and Auxiliary Industries, will take place on May 21, 22, and 23 at the Aguadulce Conference Center in Roquetas de Mar (Almería), Spain.

Plantae will be present at Stand 046 on Floor P1.

Stand de Plantae

Plantae specializes in technological solutions for precision agriculture, focused on optimizing irrigation and improving crop productivity through wireless sensors and agronomic data analysis.

Our technicians will inform all interested parties about the new technologies they can install on their intensive plantations, saving up to 50% on water and energy without compromising production or quality.

Our humidity, temperature, and conductivity sensors/probes provide precision soil agriculture, eliminating the need to water by eye and controlling the accumulation of salts in the root environment.

They can also observe the weather station, which provides precise outdoor data to monitor the entire phenological state of the plant.

Intensive agriculture is an agricultural production model that seeks to maximize crop yields on relatively small areas, utilizing significant investment in inputs and technology. It is very common in areas such as southeastern Spain (especially Almería and Murcia), where greenhouse crops are grown.

Plantae technology is especially useful in intensive agricultural systems, such as greenhouses, olive, pistachio, almond, stone fruit, and vineyard plantations, offering:

  • Water savings through precise irrigation based on real data.
  • Improves crop health by avoiding water stress and excessive salinity.
  • Reduction of operating costs by optimizing the use of resources.
  • Sustainability by minimizing the environmental impact of excessive or inefficient irrigation.

Main characteristics of intensive agriculture

  • Commit to sustainability (in more modern models): integrated pest control, water recycling, waste reduction.
  • High crop density: many units are planted per hectare, making harvesting easier.
  • Intensive water use: with localized irrigation techniques such as drip irrigation and better controlled by probes.

Infoagro Exhibition 2025

All farmers interested in intensive and super-intensive agriculture have a date at the Infoagro Exhibitión 2025 fair in Almería.

Throughout the three days you can find:

Technical-Scientific Conferences: A comprehensive program of conferences given by experts from technology centers, universities, and leading companies, covering topics such as agricultural digitalization, artificial intelligence applied to irrigation, sustainability, and market trends. The 2023 edition featured 40 speakers, and a similar program is expected in 2025.

Sales Presentations: Exhibiting companies will have the opportunity to present their products and services in specially designated rooms, with capacity for 32 seated people and 10 standing. These sessions allow for more direct interaction with distributors and customers, and can conclude with refreshments in an adjoining room.

Awards and Tributes: Outstanding companies and individuals in the agricultural sector will be recognized. In 2023, awards were presented in categories such as business development, greenhouse technology, communication, and plant breeding, among others.

B2B Meetings: The fair will facilitate meetings between exhibitors and invited companies, promoting business opportunities and collaboration in a professional environment.

With more than 660 exhibiting companies and 57,000 professional visitors expected, Infoagro Exhibition 2025 is consolidating its position as a benchmark event for the agricultural sector, offering a space for innovation, knowledge, and business opportunities.
